CANCELLATION POLICY: To prevent competitors from filling our calendar with fake appointments (driving us to either raise our prices or go out of business), N. Gioi Life does not allow clients to cancel or reschedule their own appointments. We understand that most of our clients are honest, and we are happy to help reschedule a few appointments. In the event that rescheduling requests seem excessive at the proprietor’s sole discretion, requests to reschedule will not be honored. Be advised that N.
