As we discovered with the COVID pandemic, allowing refunds can be disastrously stressful and even can put us out of business, harming a lot of innocent people for whom we have the deepest sympathies. As such, N. Gíôì Life has a strict policy of NO REFUNDS in accordance with MN§325F.80subd3. We hope you can appreciate our position on this, and - if you are ever dissatisfied with N. REFUND POLICY
In accordance with MN§325F.80subd3, all purchases at N. Gioi Life are non-refundable. If a purchaser feels a refund may be warranted, they may request a credit by contacting N. Gíôì Life through the website www.nGioiLife.Today. Credits are granted at the proprietor’s sole discretion. Whether or not a credit is granted, purchasers waive any and all right to seek restitution, reversal of payment, and third-party reimbursement. In any event a purchaser’s actions influence a reversal of payment for any transaction and or if a purchaser’s actions cause Theft of Service - as defined in MN§609.52 - ‘said’ purchaser is liable for all court costs including but not limited to attorney fees, restitution, and damages. As a condition of purchase, purchaser must agree to the complete refund policy as defined at www.nGioiLife.com/refund-policy.
N. Gíôì Life does not allow clients, purchasers, or any other consumer, to cancel Appointments on short notice. As defined in MN§609.52subd9, pertaining to Theft of Services, services offered at N. Gíôì Life include but are not limited to Appointment(s) beginning at a specified time and lasting a specified duration. Appointments are intended to be used by the purchaser for the express purpose of receiving Massage but the Appointment is what is purchased; The purchaser is liable for all charges and ancillary costs, court costs, attorney fees, restitution, and damages associated with recovery of charges in any event wherein a purchased Appointment is not used by the purchaser for the purpose of receiving Massage. In cases of a weather advisory or other impactful event including but not limited to illness-or-injury of the Therapist, N. Gíôì Life may cancel Appointments on short notice and issue a credit equal to the purchase price of the Appointment or may work with you towards another solution to Your Satisfaction. Appointments are non-transferrable, non-tangible services with a retail value of “no less than $135 and not to exceed $500” per Appointment. In any event a purchaser’s actions influence a reversal of payment for any transaction, and or if a purchaser’s actions cause Theft of Service - as defined in MN§609.52 - ‘said’ purchaser is liable for all court costs including but not limited to attorney fees, restitution, and damages.
Whether or not Massage is provided, Appointments include no-less-than-$50 in Labor costs; and no-less-than-$50 in commissions of Professional Services to compensate the Liaison and Therapist as per their individual employment agreements. Factors including but not limited to the purchase of Add-On services and increased wages and commissions may increase the cost of Labor and Professional Services. (Last updated 2024-April-30.)
